Another enriching day with Dr. Benjamin Litalien as we continue the Certified Franchise Executive course.

Over the past two days, one recurring theme has been “Social Networking.”

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s.

Dr. Ben emphasized that in franchising, success is not built in silos. It’s built through intentional, authentic relationships — among franchisors, franchisees, consultants, and peers. Social networking in this sense is a powerful tool for collaboration, support, and long-term sustainability.

He also continually highlighted the importance of Brand Consistency.

Regardless of market size or location, every franchise must deliver on its brand promise — consistently and reliably. From operations to customer experience, consistency reinforces trust, strengthens recognition, and builds loyalty across territories.

These two principles — strong networks and consistent branding, form the foundation of any thriving franchise.
